DevBridge has partnered with Ascender Corp to reengineer their Font selling platform on the web. The system we replaced was hard to manage, confusing for customers, and lacking in modern web technologies.
We have streamlined the shopping cart process with our custom BisonCart e-commerce engine and implemented a Content Management System that allows Ascender to easily and reliably administer products, users, and transactions.
In our never-ending efforts to improve on existing tools we supply our customers, we have built custom AutoSuggest elements that account for user error and perform multiple lookups both in product names, descriptions, and meta tags.
AsncenderFonts.com also features a live Font preview element, full Character Set and OpenType feature preview functionality that allows the customer to preview a font they like before committing to a purchase.
DevBridge developed a custom affiliate program to promote ascenderfonts.com through network of relevant websites by offering commissions on online sales, reliable and accurate commission reporting and affiliate resources.

The websites primary function is that of a communication tool about Ascender's products and services. The entire site is running on a custom Content Management System that provides Ascender control of all their META information and custom URLs.
DevBridge has integrated AscenderCorp.com into Ascender's online font catalog and store front at AscenderFonts.com, which allows a seamless transition between their corporate and e-commerce sites.
