1A Google Maps integration has been implemented on GoSarpinos.com to help visitors find the closest pizzeria.
2A customized mailing campaign reaches out to Sarpino’s customers and sends them discount codes, promotions, and other incentives. Each location has it’s own list, specials, and is managed separately.
3A no-censorship Customer Feedback section drives complaint resolution. All feedback is visible to visitors of the store page.
4Once we had the visitors on the newly built website we were able to funnel them into an online ordering process with conversion rates exceeding industry averages many times.

An online employee manual driven by our CMS, company training portal, and a recipe database have all been integrated into the Solution to help spread knowledge through the franchise.
From menu configuration, to marketing material design and printing, a franchisee is empowered to manage their own supply of printable marketing materials and has a variety of tools at their disposal.
The best indicator of quality in a restaurant is customer feedback. Feedback section on the website displays negative feedback until it is resolved and customer has been made happy.
We have integrated price comparison algorithms that help franchisees determine where to purchase their products. We also run monthly reports to verify accuracy of invoices from vendors.
The next natural step was for us to develop a mobile solution for Sarpino’s Pizza. We recommended a mobile website as opposed to an app to avoid unnecessary cost and overhead.
We used 1/3 of the budget that would have been needed for platform-specific applications and developed a jQuery Mobile based solution.
We are experiencing an even higher conversion rate for online ordering through the mobile website.
