Aistė Kairienė

Aiste earned her Bachelor of Psychology from Mykolas Romeris University. Before joining Devbridge, she worked as a Recruiter and Recruitment Team Lead at Strategic Staffing Solutions. While there, she demonstrated a strong talent for recruitment work by placing over 200 IT professionals and expanding her own recruitment team from four to 12 people. At Devbridge, she puts her strong skills to use to help attract and hire the best IT professionals in the market. Aiste is so good at her job in part because she loves what she does; she loves working with people and finding the right match that brings a fulfilling career to the job seeker and great value to the company. Her knowledge of psychology along with her persistence also help her to succeed as a recruiter.
