At the age of four, Augustas had spent a lot of time watching his older brother use the computer, so he decided to try it out for himself. His first step in to the world of computing? Sticking a plastic ruler right in to the floppy disk drive, hoping for something to happen. That wouldn’t be the stroke of genius that landed him at Devbridge; it was actually his recent graduation from Devbridge Sourcery Academy that was the catalyst. Now he’ll be using a keyboard, rather than a ruler, as Junior Web Developer.
Somewhere between the ruler incident and Sourcery Academy, Augustas achieved his proudest moment: creating a robust and complex backdoor program for a Linux box. But it isn’t all code for Augustas, in his free time he enjoys movies such as The Godfather, books such as Labyrinth of Reflections by Sergei Lukyanenko, and any type of spicy food, as long as it isn’t fish.
