Bob began his career with a mixture of work in commercial management, analytics and process improvement. In 2011, he joined a small IT services consultancy and taught himself to code in order to prototype an idea he had. He then had the opportunity to run that as a start-up, leading the software and innovating team until the company was bought out by Xerox. At Xerox, Bob worked in the global product management group. At Devbridge, he will be working in Product Management and is looking forward to the opportunity to work with clients and help find solutions to the challenges they are facing. Calm under pressure and open to new ideas, Bob has a personality well-suited to problem solving. Bob has long been a rugby fan, though he is now just a spectator and no longer plays. Bob is happy to offer an opinion and chat about most things, although he may quickly run short of knowledge and interest if the conversation turns to soccer.
