Eric Schmitt first delved into the world of software because he didn’t want to have to blow into his Commodore 64 game cartridges to fix them. So, he learned to write his own games, then moved on to emerging computer-generated art, to programming some of the earliest 3D software packages, and now uses his expertise and experience to help businesses gain a competitive advantage.

As director at Devbridge Group, Eric focuses on unlocking potential in others and helping them grow. To do this, he blends leadership development, organizational transformation and individual coaching. Eric works with individuals at all levels of the company on a variety of skills, ranging from backlog refinement best practices to effectively influencing outcomes.
