Irma Mitrė

Irma earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Public and Business Administration, and then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in International Business. During her years as a student, she was able to hone her ITS management skills as a team leader with AIESEC. This experience made Irma realize she wanted a career in human resources, and she went on to work for a human resources management agency where she became the external HR manager for a company with more than 200 employees. At Devbridge, she will be focused on meeting the ambitious growth goals of the company by actively exploring new talent acquisition strategies. Though she is results-oriented and demanding, Irma is also an empathetic person who values teamwork. All of these attributes help her succeed in her professional work.

Irma spends her free time cycling in nature, traveling, or listening to music. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, and recognizes her longtime friendships and close family relationships as her greatest achievement in life.
