Karolina Blovieščiūtė

Karolina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management from Coventry University; she graduated with the Course Tutor’s prize award for the best results in the class. Before joining Devbridge, Karolina held an internship with Hippo Digital, then another with a leading financial company. She later worked for Baltic Amadeus as a Junior IT Recruiter and was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager. Now, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, she is focused on finding and hiring the best IT talents she can to join the company. Among Karolina’s many skills and talents, some of the most valuable for recruitment work is her curiosity and her outgoing personality. Karolina is energized by talking to and learning about people, two things that she gets to do all day as part of her job. Karolina is a huge fan of The Office. She has watched every single episode of every single season more than five times and even has the first season’s first episode’s original script with the signatures of the entire cast on it.
