Laura holds a BA and an MBA and has years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition. Her passion is working for fast growing companies and building strategies that smooth out the challenges that come with the accompanying recruitment needs. At Devbridge, she is focused on hitting hiring goals, ensuring a seamless interview process, and keeping Devbridge an exciting place to work. Laura is drawn to HR/Talent Acquisition because she enjoys building relationships and building trust. As she helps hire employees, she tries to get to truly know them and what motivates them. She is always impressed by people who are willing to work hard but can be their authentic self and not take life too seriously.

Laura is the proud mother of one and is always happy to talk about her daughter and the cute things she does. In her free time, she loves playing soccer and watching documentaries. When possible, Laura also likes to visit her parents in Tennessee and go hiking in the Smoky Mountains.
