Senior Software Engineer

Michael earned his Master’s Degree in Avionics, an Electronic Engineering-based degree, from the University of York. He started his career at Intelligent Distributed Controls Ltd as a PLC programmer, automating sorting machines in Denmark, Poland and the UK. He then moved to .Net 1.1 C# and developed desktop SCADA applications and PDA mobile tracking systems such as a fridge recycling tracking project. Michael later worked at Mirolise as a Technical Team Leader and lived in India for a time as he established several development teams in the country. In 2017, Michael and his family moved to Poland and he worked for Netland, developing their GlobeOMS mobile solution for monitoring home energy and water usage. Most recently, he has been an Architect and Team Leader on several projects as part of EUVIC with his last project being a multi-tenant international solution for car dealerships to help valuate and manage their stock. Now, as a Senior Software Engineer at Devbridge he will be using this experience and his passion for his work to deliver high-quality software. The first thing Michael tries to do as he approaches a new task is to put himself in the customer’s shoes so he can full understand the problem domain and find the best possible solution to help the customer achieve their goals.

In his free time, Michael is a devoted football fan. He enjoys watching and cheering on the Nottingham Forest team.
