Heuristic evaluation helps uncover and fix problems before you test your product. Here's our approach for conducting heuristics, and why it works.
Miguel MartinezManager, Product Design
Miguel’s first taste of design was as a freelancer in high school – a main reason he went on to study design. Since then, he’s gone on to work in a couple related fields, including studio photography, branding, and design research. Fast forward: Miguel now joins our Chicago office as a Senior Interaction Designer.
Miguel is probably most proud of the masters degrees that he did simultaneously in design and business, but don’t let that fool you. He’s also quite proud of an arcade cabinet that he completely restored and retrofitted for emulation. In addition to video games, he loves board games and ping pong. Most of all though, Miguel loves solving problems. When it comes to, he looks for solutions that are innovative, elegant and efficient.
