Milda Mickevičiūtė

Milda earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Informatics and her Master’s Degree in Information Systems Engineering from Kaunas Technical University. Before joining Devbridge she worked as a Consultant/Developer at Softera Baltic, as a Test Analyst and Test Engineer at Callcredit Information Group, and as a QA Lead and then Software Engineering Lead at OAG. In these roles, her work ranged from performing system testing, creating testing strategy and standards, onboarding new team members, and serving as Scrum Master. As an Engineering Team Manager at Devbridge she draws on these experiences as well as her natural empathy, supportiveness, willingness to learn, and perseverance to be a strong leader and valuable asset to the company and her colleagues.

In her free time, Milda loves to be outside no matter the weather. She enjoys walking in the forest and jogging by the sea. She’s always up for a good conversation about new places to visit and new foods to try.
