Monica Enriquez

Monica earned her MA in Clinical Psychology with an additional concentration in Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her career has always centered around people and has included roles at the Cook County Department of Corrections, ComPsych, and working in community mental health with underserved populations. Eventually, Monica’s path brought her to human resources work, which is what she focuses on at Devbridge. In her role at Devbridge, Monica strives to help forge new relationships and foster existing ones using a blended approach that puts people first while maintaining the integrity of the project at hand. Whether it’s helping people discover unused talents, sharpening thought processes, or simply being a resource, her goal is to lend a hand in professional development for the organization through its workforce. Monica has a strong ability to connect with people that has always served her well throughout her career. Nothing motivates her more than the opportunity to help offer guidance and see other people succeed.

Monica is a breast cancer survivor and is proud to loudly share her journey and her victory over the disease. She wants people to know that although things may seem bleak at times, it’s important to keep fighting because sometimes you win, and sometimes you win big. In her free time, Monica loves to tackle DIY projects, watch basketball and baseball, and dance.
