Monika Pavalkytė

Monika earned her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from the Kaunas University of Technology. During her time at university, she studied abroad twice with the Erasmus program, once in Czech Republic and once in Germany. Before joining Devbridge, she worked in the Human Resources field for UAB Advantus Company and then at Kaunas University of Technology. She later worked as a Recruitment Projects Leader for a sporting goods company. Devbridge is the first IT company that Monika has worked for, but she is looking forward to having the opportunity to put her recruitment education and experience to use for the company while also deepening her knowledge of recruitment in the IT sector. She has a strong willingness to listen and understand, a trait that is key to succeeding in the people-centric area of recruitment.

In her free time, Monika likes to stay active by playing tennis and hiking. She relaxes by watching shows on Netflix; her favorite is Money Heist though she’s always happy to talk about most any show. Monika also loves to watch basketball and is a particular fan of Zalgiris.
