Rūta Guobienė

Ruta earned her Master’s Degree in Graphic communications and engineering, but chose career path in IT industry first as Database Tester and now as Senior Test Engineer and never regretted it. Ruta finds the most fulfillment in her work when she’s improving herself and having fun while achieving a goal. If she has team members to share an achievement with, all the better! Ruta enjoys teaching Sourcery students and watching them grow. Her biggest motivation is the end goal – the faster you achieve it the faster you get to celebrate.

For hobbies, Ruta enjoys trying good food and exploring the world, spending time with her family. Hot topic – anything IT industry-related.
