Tim has been inspired by computers and technology since he was a child. Growing up, he spent time copying BASIC programs out of ComputerWorld using his family’s Apple IIc. He went on to major in computer engineering at Notre Dame, and then pursued a career as a software engi-neer in the years preceding the dot-com boom. After building several successful products at FastWeb and then Monster, he was an early employee at NextWave Media Group, where he helped build several education and job-related sites, such as JobsOnline, from the ground up. During his time working as a software engineer, he realized that he also had a passion for grow-ing businesses that matched his love of product building. He decided to formalize his education in this area and earned an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Now at Devbridge Group, Tim’s role with the company is to ensure best-in-class product man-agement practices across Devbridge Group’s portfolio of clients. He enjoys mentoring and teaching others as part of his job as well. Outside of work, Tim’s hobbies include globetrotting with his wife and two kids, listening to music, making dad jokes, playing golf and tennis, and building things with his hands, whether furniture for the house or LEGO houses with his kids.
