Urtė Navickaitė

Urte is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Devbridge. In this role, she helps bring more amazing people to the Devbridge team. She studied Human Resources Management and before joining Devbridge, Urte held similar recruitment positions at Eneba Games and Theca Furniture. Urte also makes an effort outside of work to help her friends with their career paths - those she has helped have found jobs and are happy with their professional journeys. A big believer in the power of strong teams, Urte enjoys having a job in which she can help bring together people to create strong teams. In addition to her professional knowledge and experience, Urte relies on her natural patience and creativity to succeed in her work.

Urte nearly always has music on, as it is a great motivator both for work and for staying active. She most often turns to Spotify to find the songs that she wants to listen to. Urte loves to play tennis. Her other hobbies include cooking, old cars, and watching reruns of House, MD.
