Vaida Kelerytė-Burokienė

Vaida is an HR Business Partner at Devbridge. In this role she supports shared teams’ objectives by building trusted, transparent and professional relationships within the teams. Before joining Devbridge she held several different positions, starting her career in politics working on EU policy implementation. Then she moved on to work in public relations in the business sector, but found her true passion when she transitioned into working in HR. As Vaida works to build successful teams, she bases her efforts in her belief that success relies on taking ownership and being willing to take deep dives into the issues and topics you really care about. Vaida also focuses on the unique attributes of each person and the environment in which they will be or working, recognizing that combing the right unique traits is key to a successful team.

Outside of work, Vaida is involved in volunteering in programs that help youth. Her proudest achievement in that realm has been working on a social initiative that helped children in more than 2000 families prepare for school. In free time, Vaida stays active by running.
