Vaida Dovidauskienė

Vaida earned her Master’s Degree in International Economics from Kaunas University of Technology. Before joining Devbridge she worked as an HR Business Partner for UAB Agmis and as an HR Manager for UAB Baltec CNC Technology. At Devbridge, Vaida is a Talent Acquisition Partner with a focus on recruiting and hiring new team members who match the company’s values and commitment to professional knowledge. A key piece of her toolbox for accomplishing this is LinkedIn. As a member of the Devbridge team herself, Vaida strives to contribute to the overall success of the team, in part through helping to build employee loyalty. Vaida also believes in the power of strong communication for creating effective teams. She loves what she does for work and is glad to be part of such a strong team at Devbridge.

In her free time, she enjoys walking in the forest, playing basketball and volleyball, and going to concerts. Vaida also loves to travel with her friends, both within Lithuania and to other countries.
