This month, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) recognized Devbridge as a Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation for 2016. The competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in operations and employee enrichment that lead to increased productivity and financial performance.
The 2016 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm that reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners, including employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; and employee achievement and recognition.
“It is truly an honor to be recognized by the NABR as a Best and Brightest Company. Devbridge continues to rapidly grow with a 70% increase in headcount this year alone. This recognition is a testament to the great work that our operations and human resources teams are doing,” said Aurimas Adomavicius, President of Devbridge.
With more than 20 years of experience in conducting Best and Brightest Company competitions, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has become widely known for its ability to identify leading human resource practices. “Our 2016 winners create their human resource standards to ensure employee satisfaction and they set standards for every business to aspire toward,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR.
As part of this recognition, Devbridge will be featured in the January 12th online edition of Corp! Magazine, and will also receive additional recognition as a national winner at a Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® awards symposium and gala in Chicago.
