2020 has already been a big year for Devbridge.
A lot's happened in just a few months at Devbridge. We relocated to a new expansive space at 350 N. Orleans, expanded our services and capabilities, shared new research, enhanced our Sourcery Academy, and now...we're extremely proud to announce that Devbridge ranks #162 on Inc. Magazine’s first-ever Inc. 5000 list of the most successful companies in the Midwest. The regional list includes the Midwest's most successful and dynamic independent businesses.
“We’re incredibly honored to be featured on the premiere Inc. 5000 Midwest list. Devbridge has continually invested in growing and building strong teams. I believe that transparency, one of our core values, is a fundamental building block that enables the organization and employees to stay engaged, appreciated, and influential. I’m incredibly grateful for our team and their ongoing dedication to deliver excellence for our clients.”
–Aurimas Adomavicius, President of Devbridge
Making this list and our demonstrated ability to achieve record growth year after year is not happenstance. It’s because of our team and how we operate. It’s the combination of our values, tools, and approach to building software that delivers measurable results–like our 128% growth rate. Our global teams are dedicated to building digital products to transform global enterprises.
What makes us successful?
We are transparent.
Devbridge was founded 12 years ago with the goal of using technology to empower industries and communities. Since our founding days, we believed in full transparency with our clients and our team. We made a conscious decision to scale communication and access across all channels: our verbal and written communication, our events, and our company tools. In an effort to share our learnings with others, we regularly publish new thought leadership materials on our website's insights page and social channels.

We consistently improve our processes and tools.
We are always pushing to provide our clients with ways to build faster, invest smarter, and net measurable outcomes.
With the right process, tools, and infrastructure in place, we quickly shifted from on-site to a fully remote working model with zero disruption. To further support our global teams and clients, we added measures to conduct virtual workshops.
By implementing product analytics, we've refined how to gauge adoption and customer success for new product investments. This includes successfully developing applied service design with several of our clients to help them improve their customer experience and rolling out a new Product Maturity Score framework to gauge product and process maturity.
As a catalyst for process change and engineering maturity for our clients, we're piloting a new version of our PowerUp app, which provides a view the product portfolio, agile metrics, burn rate, as well as individual time entries to run inside of our client infrastructure, with internal teams and contributors.
We invest in our Sourcery Academy.
What started years ago as a hands-on academy for college students looking to enter the software industry, has now grown of encompassing additional programs including:
