Faster than you’re used to.
We are honored to be named on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in the nation for the 9th consecutive time, this year ranking #3878. The recognition highlights 82% growth over the past 3 years. Our growth is driven by our mature team of 550+, now operating in five countries, and our relentless pursuit to help forward-thinking clients shift to a product-centric operating model through enterprise transformation and digital product development.
We have helped hospitals maximize staff utilization, logistics companies increase lane throughput, and enabled banks with automated loan decisioning tools. Our product teams establish long-term partnerships with clients such as CIBC, Donnelley Financial Solutions, Grainger, Northern Trust, Prudential Financial, and United Airlines.
Using our proven methodology, data-informed strategy, and proprietary Devbridge Apollo toolkit, we not only ship mission-critical products 4x faster than the industry average but also establish the necessary trust and technical maturity to execute organizational change. Our cross-functional teams bring industry expertise and take ownership of end-to-end product development. Ramping up at a moment's notice, we ship the pilot product to market in three to six months.
To make the Inc. 5000 list for the 9th consecutive year is remarkable. I am proud of the entire Devbridge team and how they have navigated the dynamic nature of the last year. I often say when you have good people, you can be confident in taking on whatever comes your way.
Martin Stasaitis, CEO at Devbridge
How we did it
Devbridge is a privately held, self-funded, profitable business with revenue growth of 30% YOY for the last ten years. Over the last year, we’ve been focused on our growth in these key areas:
Growing our team and evolving org. structure
Growth requires a continual re-evaluation of the ways our organization operates. We are continually making changes to deliver the best results for our customers, employees, and partners.
Most recently, we added Associate Director roles to focus on client satisfaction, growth, and delivery quality. Our delivery engagements are deep, often with multiple complex workstreams. The addition of Associate Directors will enable Devbridge to offer an unparalleled level of service and focus to our clients.
As our team matures, it is important to navigate upward mobility and challenge our team with ownership of strategic initiatives. This year, we shifted responsibilities for our Lead Product Manager and Lead Designer roles to take ownership as the discipline experts within our company. Their focus and support will help us achieve the highest level of quality for each of our practices while creating new opportunities for senior contributors to grow through mentoring, training, and collaboration across the organization.
Expanding our global footprint
We recently opened an office in Poland and have begun on our next international expansion to Romania. We are also swinging hammers in Vilnius, building out a larger office to take occupancy in early 2022. Continued focus on hiring top talent to help deliver results remains a top priority. See open positions in our global offices and apply to be part of the team.
Investing in transparency and tooling
This year, we launched the Devbridge Apollo platform. The tool is used for allocating teams, tracking time, diagnosing inefficiencies, and maximizing throughput for at-scale product teams. The need to manage the additional complexity for a growing organization remains a top priority. We are investing further in upgrading the bespoke toolset for our teams and offering best-in-class service for our clients.
Celebrating our success
While many organizations grappled to manage the post-vaccine era, we took ownership and united teams across borders. A big thanks to our ops teams for pulling together Summer Camp 2021 in short order. Many colleagues from our offices around the world met up in Lithuania to co-work and celebrate.
We threw an epic 24-hour party at Harmony Park where the team camped and enjoyed a wide range of activities and entertainment including graffiti art, BMX racing, and dragon boat rowing competitions. Our very own company band, Great Things opened for headliners Beissoul and Einius for a private concert, as the team celebrated while dancing late into the night.
