Job Description
You are an experienced HR professional who is passionate about aligning people and business, and supporting a people strategy. You’re passionate about enabling business results while empowering a culture that places emphasis on the team. You recognize that people aren’t resources to be used, but capital that must be properly invested. You love rolling up your sleeves, getting into the details, and doing the work. You also know when it’s time to lead, when to manage, and how to teach others the difference.

You empower organizational growth via scale and talent development through organizing both structured and unstructured training and career development. You understand that your role is to coach individuals through their challenges.
