Job Description

What you’ll learn:

Through this internship, you’ll gain experience in working with Human Resources professionals, leaders and people who are shipping working software. At the end of this internship you will be able to cite real life examples (and you firsthand learnings) from working within a business function.

You will gain on-the-job experience working with data, charts, graphs, and managing projects. You’ll have the opportunity to observe how a business works and contribute to building intelligence for the organization.

You will be part of a highly supportive team of hard-working people who care for and advocate for Devbridge.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of people analytics, reporting, and data visualization

  • Create reporting packs for directors with relevant employee engagement data

  • Support Office Coordinator with budgeting and ordering swag for the TLC offices

  • Meet with leaders in the Chicago Office to learn how they run their teams

  • Support broader HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams as needed

  • This role reports directly to the Director of People (Chicago Office)

  • You will have the opportunity to participate in virtual and in-person team meetings and events

Requirements

  • Working towards Associate or Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Ability to work independently

  • Highly organized and ability to work in a goal-driven environment

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Video Conferencing (Zoom), Messaging (Slack) and Project Management tools (Asana & Confluence)
