We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager that is creative, data-driven, and disciplined with deep expertise in campaign execution and database marketing. This senior contributor will join the team in Chicago, IL and take ownership of executing our marketing strategy through campaigns and automation programs.


  • Create, execute, and measure compelling campaigns to feed the pipeline.

  • Be our resident expert and champion of marketing automation and database segmentation.

  • Drive new business revenue and brand awareness with a range of campaigns including strategic (1 to 1), industry-focused (1 to many), and programmatic (automated).

  • Measure campaign effectiveness and implement data-informed enhancements.

  • Collaborate across the org to create high-quality branded content and campaigns for email, web (SEO articles, landing pages, white papers), events, partnerships, and advertisements.


  • Senior contributor with 5+ years in role(s) that require hands-on creation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns.

  • Technical expert in marketing automation with high aptitude for measuring effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple work streams simultaneously.

  • Comfortable with complex subject matter. Experience in B2B marketing for consulting, IT, or professional services within a technology vertical is ideal.

This position is based in Chicago, IL. We have a hybrid working model requiring 3 days per week in the office and allowing for 2 days per week remote. This position may require travel up to 20%.
