Job Description

ServiceBridge is one of Devbridge Group's dynamic software products. We are a SaaS product for field service contractors such as pest control, pool cleaning, HVAC, general repair and installation companies. We need an enthusiastic marketing professional who can get into the head of our target customer for creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This individual will have a unique opportunity to shape their role, working for a fast-growing, leading digital products company. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Manage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including SEO, landing pages, company website, paid search and display

  • Work with leadership and sales teams to produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog, and social channels that attracts and converts our target groups

  • Deploy successful online and offline marketing campaigns (email, print and social) and own their implementation from ideation to execution, including copywriting, list management, printing and mail fulfillment

  • Assist sales team with all aspects of event management

  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field preferred

  • 3-5 years of general marketing/product marketing experience

  • Demonstrable and well-rounded experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

  • Proven experience in creatively devising and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

  • Proven experience in setting up, managing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures

  • Exceptional writing skills with a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy
