Devbridge has an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator on our Operations team in River North. This position will work under the direction of the Operations Manager in a collaborative team environment. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about people and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

You love of organization includes keeping the office running, arranging events, or helping others with travel schedules. You are the master of inventory and know what can be found and where, or what needs reordering. You fuel your colleagues, sometimes literally by making sure we always have the right snacks and beverages – mostly coffee in our office. You are an integral part of the team and know how to make yourself indispensable.


  • Responsible for the general operation of our office which includes ordering office supplies, keeping inventory, and greeting visitors

  • Providing general administrative support to our employees

  • Respond to mail, phone calls, or emails

  • Maintain the office supply and swag inventory

  • Identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency

  • Participate in special projects as assigned

  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty (loading dishwasher, watering plants, cleaning coffee machine, and setting up Friday lunches)


  • Undergraduate degree and a minimum of three or more years of relevant office experience

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee personal information payroll and employee issues

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required, Lithuanian is a plus

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
