Devbridge is looking for a driven, full-cycle Recruiter who is motivated to join a growing global company and take an active part in continuing to build its success. Your mission will be to find, attract, and hire top talent across numerous markets. You will be responsible for delivering high quality professional candidates, developing talent pools and advancing the company brand in creative ways. You bring a keen eye for recognizing top talent and know that providing an excellent candidate experience is critical.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of tech or creative recruitment experience
Ability to act with a sense of urgency while maintaining consistency and quality throughout the recruitment process
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and follow-through
Knowledge of recruitment best practices
Ability to take ownership and bring new ideas to the table
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to recruit, interview, and hire across Product Design, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing
Conduct outbound recruitment efforts utilizing a variety of digital channels
Facilitate the onboarding process for all new hires
Collaborate with the People team to enhance the candidate experience
Collaborate with Marketing on community partnership event and content planning
Support the Talent Acquisition Partner on strategic recruitment initiatives
Partner with the People team on internal and external DEI initiatives

This position is based in Chicago, IL. We expect this position to be fully remote in Q1 2021 with the option to work from the office or from home. However in the future, when deemed safe, this position would be expected to work from the office at least part of the time.
