You are an experienced Sales Executive who understands the challenges of small to medium sized contracting businesses. You are confident, personable and knows what it takes to build meaningful client relationships. You are proactive in approach and know how to ask the right questions to solve problems. You are comfortable with rejection and don’t take it personally.

Responsibilities:
Uncover and pursue opportunities for new business
Understand our ideal customer's business needs and how ServiceBridge is a solution for them
Build a rapport with prospects and align them to our solution
Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Manager when ready to activate 14-day trial
Pursue outbound sales contact with strategic leads growing a sales pipeline for the current month and following quarter
Document pipeline activity consistently for reporting and hand off to Account Managers
Generate and deliver reports to Sales Manager on quantified health of sales pipeline on a weekly basis
Key Activities:
Deliver qualified license leads to Account Managers
Qualify inbound leads from all sources
Create new lead records for ideal company prospects
Conduct product demonstrations (in-person & via webinar) as needed
Visit top prospects to build relationships
Cultivate relationships with channel partners;
Coordinate with marketing to encourage our existing customers to refer new business
Requirements
3-4 years of software or technology sales experience
2 years of quota carrying sales experience
Consistent over-achievement against quota
Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
Professional Sales Methodology Training preferred
