Job Description

Create the product vision and strategy for projects to build large, complex digital products; set the direction and specified deliverable for the product management and development teams; establish key performance indicators to measure effective delivery and outcomes at each stage of the product design process; gather insights that contribute to the product design process using working knowledge of the following design tools: user personas, sitemaps, user-flows, wireframes, user testing plans, interface designs, style guides, branding, usability testing and best UX practices; conduct research and competitive analyses of competing products using working knowledge of the following design tools and techniques: co-creative workshopping to synthesize information and develop conceptual solutions; build interactive prototypes using working knowledge of the following design tools and methodologies: Agile / Lean UX methodologies and current and emerging design, technology, industry and market trends; architect client’s digital products resulting in the unique creation and design of concepts and layouts; deliver design deliverables using working knowledge of the following design tools: Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, Figma, and Miro; create and communicate design specifications to developers and quality assurance engineers to bring life to the client’s digital products faster; participate in post-launch activities by interacting with the client delivery teams to implement the product; contribute to grow the product design practice within the organization, coach / mentor, and train Product Designers on best practices.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Design Management and one year of experience in the job or in positions dealing with UX Design and the listed design tools, techniques and methodologies.
