Responsibilities:

  • Drive $1.25M of revenue from new accounts
  • Strategically design, drive and measure Devbridge Group's business development programs
  • Oversee the development of partnerships with businesses of all sizes, including the enterprise level
  • Leverage Devbridge Group's products and current customer base to gain exposure and market share
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations
  • Build and mentor an effective business development team
  • Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in management consulting or custom software with C-level buyers
  • Experience in one of the following: financial services, manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, or technology
  • Demonstrated success of solution selling
  • Practical knowledge within digital product space having 10-12+ years of related sales or business development experience with Go-to-Market strategy
  • Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS),Software-as-a-service (SaaS) or Managed Service Provider sales
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting assigned quotas
  • Experience successfully building and managing high performing teams
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, especially executive and C-level
  • Demonstrable experience as head of business development or strategic sales creating client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to position products effectively for a given market
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of digital solutions, open source technologies, and the software development process
  • BA/BS in Business or related field, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
