As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing leads, and ultimately, selling ServiceBridge and growing its customer base. You will build relationships with new customers, handle communication with inbound sales leads, and act as the single point of contact for customers during the sales process. You will become an expert in ServiceBridge key markets and an expert in the ServiceBridge product. You will educate potential customers on the value ServiceBridge provides. You will negotiate and close deals, and work with our customer success team to onboard new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in our key markets and the ServiceBridge product
  • Reach out to sales leads by phone and email
  • Nurture all inbound sales leads received by email, chat, and phone
  • Own the customer relationship from initial contact to activation
  • Coordinate and run customer meetings and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing, finalize agreements, and close deals
  • Support customer onboarding and activation
  • Attend industry conferences and events promoting ServiceBridge
  • Record and track all sales activities in CRM
  • Track and report on key sales performance metrics

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS software
  • Passion for talking to customers all day, every day
  • Consultative approach to sales
  • Genuine interest and enjoyment in the technology space
  • Professional, confident, and clear written and verbal communication style
  • Motivation to achieve goals and exceed targets
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Experience working in a field service industry
  • Proficiency in web and mobile technologies

  • Familiarity with our key markets in the service industry (pool service, handyman, pest control, commercial cleaning)
  • Proficiency in web and mobile technologies
