Job Description

Devbridge Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with experience developing creative collateral and campaigns for enterprise sales. You are hands-on creative, not an agency manager. Expert at juggling multiple marketing projects and meeting deadlines. Highly capable of enforcing brand standards, creating original content, and orchestrating tradeshows and campaigns. Adaptable and creative with problem solving. You are not afraid to take charge, make quick decisions, and communicate your ideas confidently.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of marketing plan and business development initiatives
  • Generate new content, collateral and thought leadership pieces to support enterprise sales pursuits
  • Manage overall brand presence across media for all departments

Requirements

  • Experience directly managing in-house creative team and vendors to accomplish marketing and sales initiatives
  • Maintain a positive brand experience for clients, prospects, and employees
  • Ability to manage time and resources on multiple simultaneous projects with aggressive deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of graphic design, video production, campaign execution and event planning.
  • 4 to 7 years success in a senior marketing position in a B2B or agency environment. Expertise in B2B or professional services preferred
  • BS or BA degree in design, advertising, or multimedia discipline or equivalent experience with online portfolio of work examples
