Main responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business needs

  • Participate in workshops and requirement discovery sessions, identify software solutions and requirements

  • Gather, document, analyze and obtain approval on business requirements from stakeholders

  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories that capture enough details to enable engineers to complete tasks and clear acceptance criteria.

  • Manage the backlog for your delivery team - this means backlog refinement and ensuring timely delivery and transparency into the progress towards our goals.

  • Work closely with the Product Manager leading the overall product/project strategy to prioritize and plan the roadmap.

  • Collaborate with project lead to manage delivery and focus team on shipping value.

  • Work as part of a team, as well as independently work toward assigned goals.


  • Proven record of Business Analysis or Consulting experience in a complex, cross-functional environment, preferably in IT change.

  • Solid experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, both functional and non-functional ones. A big plus, if this was gained on software development or business intelligence projects

  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard Business Analysis methods and tools (you should know what to use, when and why)

  • Experience in working on different project stages, such as business case proposal, feasibility study, project planning, delivery, testing, benefits realization.

  • Ability to efficiently analyze unfamiliar processes and systems

  • Ability to work with large datasets and present information in a clear, visual and self-explanatory manner

  • Ability to assess and manage deliverable timeliness and contribute to project planning tasks

  • Ability to work independently, sometimes in an unsupervised environment

  • Ability to converse and influence a variety of stakeholders - from technologists to senior business leaders

  • Have excellent business judgment and strategic thinking skills and be detail oriented

  • Verbal and written fluency in English

  • Top-notch communication skills

  • Ability and willingness to travel to UK, US and Canada

  • Possibility for shifted hours would be an advantage

  • Experience in writing SQL queries

  • A big plus, if you are comfortable with reading code and/or performing system configuration management

Salary range for this position is from 2700 EUR to 5625 EUR gross before taxes.*

*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
