Currently we are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Manager who would help our engineers to grow and ensure that they are empowered to realize their full potential. This position requires strong leadership, planning, and people management experience coupled with strong knowledge of Agile principles.
People management of up to 15 people:
participate in the hiring process
encourage constant learning and set development goals, create individual development plans and career paths
discover training needs and plan training budget
provide coaching, mentoring and support each team member in both technical and non-technical questions
Team management of up to 2 teams:
Work on improving overall Team’s efficiency by establishing best practices and driving performance management
Recognize and reward Team’s accomplishments
Initiate and drive Team building activities
Be the Key person who helps to resolve both personal and professional challenges the Team is facing
Contribute to Project Delivery or depending on the size and complexity lead the Project Delivery within the engineering team
Proven work experience as a technical people manager
Hands-on experience working on products or projects delivery in any of the following roles: Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager / Scrum Master / Business Analyst
Fluent communication in English

Salary range for this position is from 4000 EUR to 5500 EUR gross before taxes.*
