Currently we are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Manager who would help our engineers to grow and ensure that they are empowered to realize their full potential. This position requires strong leadership, planning, and people management experience coupled with strong knowledge of Agile principles.

Main responsibilities

Overseeing and contributing to delivery of a team in a software development project (up to 75% of the time):

  • Ensure implementation of best practices in Agile product development

  • Represent the team in client-facing interactions

  • Educate members of internal and client teams on Agile product development

  • Facilitate team’s collaboration with representatives of all disciplines of product development (Product Management, UI/UX Design, etc.)

  • Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of team’s performance.

People management of up to 10 people (up to 25% of the time):

  • Support career growth of team members through individual career plans and development goals

  • Monitor performance of team members, provide feedback, and plan compensation of every individual accordingly

  • Recognize and reward accomplishments of individuals and the team

  • Mentor and coach members of the team in all aspects of their work

  • Collaborate with other members of the leadership team through sharing knowledge and participating in common activities.


  • Experience in leading Engineering teams

  • History of successful application of Agile practices in software development

  • Understanding of best practices in software development life cycle

  • Effective communication on technical and business/management topics

  • Fluent communication in English.

Salary range for this position is from 4725 EUR to 7875 EUR gross before taxes.*

*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
