Job Description
Devbridge has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator on our Operations team in Kaunas. This position will work under the direction of the Operations Manager in a collaborative team environment. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about people and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Your responsibilities will include keeping the office running, arranging events and helping with travel schedules. You are the master of inventory and know what can be found and where, or what needs reordering.
This is fixed term contract (1 year with possibility to extend) for maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the general operation of our office which includes ordering office supplies, keeping inventory, and greeting visitors
Providing general administrative support to our employees
Respond to mail, phone calls, or emails
Identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency
Participate in special projects as assigned (such as help Operations team to organise our annual company events)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in similar role
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee personal information
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Driver’s license and car are needed for this role
Fluent written and spoken English is required
