Devbridge has an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator on our Operations team in Kaunas. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about people and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Your responsibilities will include keeping the office running, supporting our team in administrative inquiries and bring Your strong personality and creativity to the team. You are the master of inventory and know what can be found and where, or what needs reordering.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the general operation of our office which includes ordering office supplies, keeping inventory, greeting visitors, responding to mails, phone calls, etc.
Providing general administrative support to our employees
Taking care of HR administrative tasks and support to our employees
Participate in special projects as assigned (such as help Operations team to organise our annual company events)
Identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and previous experience in similar role (e.g. Administration Specialist, Operations Specialist, HR Administrator, etc.) at least 1+ years
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee personal information
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Driver's license and car are needed for this role
Fluent written and spoken English is required

Salary range for this position is from 1150 EUR to 1500 EUR gross before taxes.*
*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
