As a Product implementation specialist, you will be responsible for migrating new customers to the Product (ServiceBridge) platform. You will own the customer migration plan and schedule. You will gather customer requirements, access and prepare customer data, work with the development team to build data migration tools, and use those data migration tools to load customer data into ServiceBridge. After a successful customer migration, you will configure the ServiceBridge product for initial use. You will be responsible for providing feedback to the product team on how to improve the data migration process. You will also support the existing customer base and help maintain documentation in the help center.
Learn and establish a strong understanding of Product (ServiceBridge) software.
Gather data migration requirements from the customer.
Work with the product team to build new or improve existing data migration tools.
Use data migration tools to load new customers data into ServiceBridge.
Understand client’s needs and requests, provide product feedback for the ServiceBridge product team.
Document data migration procedures, prepare customer notification email content, and update training materials based on new software releases.
Provide back up support for the existing customer base.
Support migration meetings with US-based customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in project management.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Solid understanding of how to train and coach new users on a software platform.
Friendly, personable, and patient personality.
Passion for technology and making great software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a fast learner.
Experience writing SQL queries is a plus.
