As Devbridge Group continues to grow and scale, we are looking for a passionate Project Manager, Support, who comes from a software background, to build upon our existing practice and continue its evolution. The role is focused to ensure great customer experience during project afterlife, through cost effective support services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive excellence of Level 3 support services
Employ tools and processes to ensure consistency across teams
Enhance a trusted advisor relationship to ensure customer satisfaction with ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver expected results in agreed timeline and under budget
Requirements
Exceptional communication skills, organizational, and time management skills
5+ years practical experience in stakeholder management or related role
Proven experience in software development lifecycle
Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English
