Main responsibilities

  • Lead and work as part of a team, as well as independently work toward assigned goals

  • Own, drive and improve of testing process within a development team following Agile methodology

  • Design, create testing guidelines in the project, perform testing procedures and/or compose automated functional and non-functional tests

  • Participate in hiring processes (interviews, technical assignments, feedback to candidates)

  • Set and monitor team performance

  • Discover training needs and provide coaching

  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

  • Suggest and organize team building activities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

  • 4+ years of experience in testing multi-tier web-based applications

  • Experience of testing within Agile development at a scale. Previous work experience in multi-team environments, close collaboration with developers, project managers and clients are expected.

  • Hands on experience at least in one of these areas: test automation, performance, security, usability and accessibility testing

  • Bug prevention and fail-fast mindset

  • Fluent communication in English

  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • Decision-making skills

Salary range for this position is from 3975 EUR to 6625 EUR gross before taxes.*

*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
