You have the opportunity to join a fast paced and entrepreneurial team experiencing record growth, You will work on a broad range of operational tasks as well as managing HR administration for the London office helping to drive our culture and ensure that the London office is well maintained. You'll draw on your broad expertise to support the teams across Delivery and Practice in London.
Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth running of the London office by performing administrative tasks including:
General day-to-day office administration
Answer all incoming calls on the general office line
Ensure that the office environment is clean, tidy and operational
Schedule catering, prepare office and receive guests
Research and book travel arrangements for team
Help plan, organize and execute London office team events
Organize monthly recurring events such as birthday and anniversary gifts.
Support the team with administrative requests
Support on special events/projects/office move
Advise team members on office coordination and building policies
Support and enhance the London team culture by performing HR tasks including:
Own new employee paperwork (agreements, forms, background checks)
Own benefits administration for new joiners and leavers
Support in new starter laptop set up
Own offboarding administration for London employees
Requirements
Experience as an office coordinator or office manager
Experience in HR administration
Desire to work in an agile, fast-paced and collaborative environment
Ability to thrive when multi-tasking, adjusting priorities quickly
Professional competencies: focus on quality and intensity; interdependency; excellent communication and solution seeking skills; great sense of ownership; adaptability to build relationships.
Proven history of taking initiative – doing, not just talking
