Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and improving HR-related tools, policies, and processes

  • Taking care of full-employee cycle HR administration

  • Advising, supporting and be proactive while dealing with employees

  • Responsible for general operations and infrastructure of our office, identify opportunities for improvement

  • Participate in special projects, such as company events etc.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR Administration, Payroll, Benefits (e.g. HR Administration Specialist, Operations Manager role) at least 4+ years

  • Master knowledge of Polish labour law

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service approach to problem solving

  • Experience working with HR software and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required

  • Salary range: 7,000 PLN gross/month - 11,000 PLN gross/month depending on experience
