Key Responsibilities:
Implementing and improving HR-related tools, policies, and processes
Taking care of full-employee cycle HR administration
Advising, supporting and be proactive while dealing with employees
Responsible for general operations and infrastructure of our office, identify opportunities for improvement
Participate in special projects, such as company events etc.
Requirements
Previous experience in HR Administration, Payroll, Benefits (e.g. HR Administration Specialist, Operations Manager role) at least 4+ years
Master knowledge of Polish labour law
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service approach to problem solving
Experience working with HR software and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluent written and spoken English is required

Salary range: 7,000 PLN gross/month - 11,000 PLN gross/month depending on experience
